Nome Gold Alaska Corporation (“NGAC”) is developing one of the largest marine placer gold deposits in North America located in Nome, Alaska. NGAC has title to over 471 fee-simple US patented mining claims spread over 11,500 Acres (46.5 Km 2) of land near the town of Nome. Nome is located on the southern Seward Peninsula coast of the Bering Sea.
